Students are encouraged to keep cell phones in LOCKED lockers, but many are attached to them.  Although cell phones are very useful, they are definitely a distraction in class.  If students bring cell phones into the classroom, they will be required to put them on 

"Do Not Disturb" and place them in "Free Parking".  This will hopefully avoid the distractions and many cell phone violation detentions!
